The complete venue hire package provides exclusive access to both the Auditorium and the Keith Willis Lounge, offering a versatile, multi-purpose facility suitable for a wide range of events from large-scale performances to receptions, pre/post-event gatherings, catering, meetings, or hybrid functions.

Full theatre capabilities: 355-seat tiered auditorium with professional stage, removable orchestra pit, loading dock, backstage changing rooms (with toilets), and full projection/sound/lighting control.

Additional flexible breakout/social space: street-level Keith Willis Lounge seating up to 100 (theatre) or 70 (tables), with kitchen/servery, bar, PA system, heating, whiteboards, and projection screen.

Shared street entrances, lobbies, and toilet facilities across both areas.

Ideal for full-day or multi-part events such as concerts + receptions, theatre productions with interval catering, conferences with plenary + breakout sessions, community festivals, or any event requiring both performance and hospitality spaces.

This full-package setup allows seamless use of the entire venue without splitting groups or needing external locations for catering/meetings.

Audience capacity seating for 355 patrons on an upward tiered  floor 4 rows from the stage with limited accommodation for those who are  mobility restricted and can navigate a gentle sloping floor for the first 4 rows from an entry through side doors at front of stage)
