Fire warden & Key keeper & Conditions form As Hire of the Mosgiel coronation Hall I agree to and have read the terms and conditions for hire and to appoint a person as Fire wardenFire Warden's Name *Phone *Date *Email Address *Key Keeper's Name *Email Address *Phone *Date to pick up the key *ConditionsThe Hirer will stop playing all music by 1 am and vacate the premises by 1.30 am.• The Hirer shall be responsible for all guests and the maintenance and preservation of the facilities both within the Hall and on adjacent property.• The Hirer shall be liable for any loss or damage to the hall including fittings, appliances, furniture or any adjacent property caused by or arising out of the Hirers use of the Hall.• No posters or other material is to be fixed to the premises unless on a designated area.• The Hirer shall be familiar with the location of Fire Extinguishers in the Hall, evacuation procedures and ensure that proper care is exercised in regard to non-smoking on the premises.• The Hirer will be responsible for the bagging of all rubbish from the premises and to be left at the loading dock door backstage. A charge will be made for any rubbish left on the premises for the cost of its removal.• The Hirer will be responsible that the premises and surrounding grounds are vacated in a clean and tidy condition. When the Hall has been vacated, following an inspection, if it is deemed that the facilities have not been left in a clean and tidy condition a cleaning fee will be charged to the hirer.• The Hirer shall consent to the entry of a duly authorised Trustee member at any time during a function.The security of the premises is required by the hirer, including the locking of all doors and windows, turning off the heating and other electrical appliances, when closing up the venue.• All electrical equipment brought onto the premises must have a valid electrical tag.• In the kitchen the oven, warming draw and oven surfaces and kitchen bench surfaces are to be wiped clean. No food to left on the premises.• All tables and chairs to be clean before stacking.• All vinyl floor areas including the kitchen and the ticket office is to be swept and dry.• Toilet bowls, urinals, hand basins, walls and floors in toilet areas to be left in a tidy and clean condition.• Windows to be shut and doors locked.• Any breakages must be notified to the trustee on return of the key.• If using the ladder, a person bracing the bottom is necessary at all times• The Coronation Hall is a smoke free area, which includes all areas of the building and the car park area outside.• The Trustees reserve the right to review hire charges annually. Multiyear hirers will be advised of any increases which may occur during the lease agreement.• The Trust reserves the right to charge a bond if appropriate under specific circumstances.
